Multiplayer, Chao Garden, and Legacy

In addition to the main campaign, Sonic Adventure 2 includes competitive multiplayer modes and the Chao Garden—a virtual pet simulator where players raise creatures using items collected in stages. Chao can be trained, evolved, and entered into races or battles. This side activity adds depth and customization outside the action. Originally released on the Dreamcast and later ported to other platforms, the game is remembered for its music, fast level design, and character-driven story.
